Gwanda State University presents its Health Expo 2026, taking place on 16 September 2026 from 8:30am at the Epoch Mine Campus.
Health services on offer include counselling, HIV screening, V.I.A.C, weight checks, STI screening, drug and substance abuse awareness, family planning services, blood transfusion services, blood pressure checks, body mass index checks, Zumba, wellness talks, and GBV awareness.
Sporting activities include ball games (soccer, netball and volleyball), athletics (marathon, 5km, 100m, 200m, 4x100m relay, and a walking race), fun games (karaoke wooden mic challenge, eating competition, sack race, egg race, and bottle race), and indoor games (chess, darts and pool).
Food on the day includes fast food, traditional food, braai packs and dollar deals.
Raffle tickets are available for $1.00, with exciting prizes to be won.
