The Vice-Chancellor Professor Doreen Zandile Moyo and Gwanda State University community would
like to congratulate Dr Annabel Banda for attaining a Doctor of Philosophy in Ecology and
Environment at Chinhoyi University of Technology. Dr Banda graduated with her PHD in October
2022. She obtained a Master of Science in Tropical Entomology from the University of Zimbabwe in
2013. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Biological Sciences in 2010.
Dr Annabel Banda is currently the chairperson of the Department of Crop Science at Gwanda State
University.
